The hotel premises features 51 guest rooms, with a choice of one queen size bed or two double size beds. Each guest room is fitted with a Toilet and Bath and Dresser, Private shower, a wardrobe closet,  and 45 inch -1080p LED HD Television, Window Type air conditioning unit, Telephone, mini bar, Dressing mirror,  a place to put the luggage/suitcase, Upholstered chair/couch with side table .

Via Appia Hotel Tagaytay, event spaces can suit any occasion. The Main Function Hall at the Ground Level can accommodate up to 200 guests at any given time. The Main Function Hall can be equally divided to Junior Function Hall which can accommodate up to 100 guests each hall. Outdoor Spaces can accommodate various activities such as Garden Wedding, Team Building and other outdoor activities. We also boast of the Replica of the Domine Quo Vadis Church.
