REMINDERS TO OUR VALUED GUESTS:

1.     SAFETY REMINDERS

 

Due to ongoing road widening projects by the National Government, roads leading to Via Appia may be dark at night time. Please take extra precaution while driving. If you encounter any concerns in locating the hotel premises, please call 0998 962 2567.

 

2.     ROAMING AROUND THE HOTEL PREMISES

 

Garden and Outdoors

 

Please be mindful of the steps or stairs leading to some areas within the hotel grounds (e.g. stairs from the arcaded walkway to the pool, stairs from the chapel to the parking etc.).

 

As with outdoor spaces with plants and trees, there may be mosquitos in the late afternoon to night time. To prevent mosquito bites, use mosquito repellents. Mosquito repellent lotions are also available in the front desk subject to a minimal fee.

 

Pool Area

 

Operating Hours – Weekends from 8am to 9pm. Weekdays from 8am to 7pm.

Please use towels and change to dry clothes before going up to your room. This is to avoid the floors from getting wet to ensure safety of the other guests.

 

Balcony / La Festa / Side of the Function Hall

 

Please do not lean or sit on the concrete balusters in the La Festa and/or Balcony section of your room.

 

3.     MAINTENANCE AND MONTHLY PEST CONTROL

 

To serve our guests better, periodic maintenance and monthly pest control are being conducted in the hotel premises. Notice shall be provided to the guests in case such maintenance and pest control shall coincide with your stay. We are hoping for the understanding of our guests during these scheduled maintenance activities.

 

4.     DO NOT LEAVE YOUR THINGS UNATTENDED

 

Please do not leave any valuables unattended. The Management will not be liable for lost items. In case a lost item is found, please bring to the Front Desk so that the latter can assist in locating the owner of the lost item.
